Sales & Marketing Manager
Location: Jaipur & Delhi
Responsibilities

Develop sales of aluminium doors, windows, and façade solutions.

Build relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and developers.

Generate leads and develop dealer and distributor networks.

Handle project sales, negotiations, and business development.

Achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
Requirements: Relevant sales and marketing experience, preferably in aluminium, construction, façade, or building materials.
Aluminium Doors & Windows Fabricator
Location: Jaipur Factory
Responsibilities

Fabrication of Domal aluminium windows and doors.

Expertise in Slim Profile and Minimal Profile systems.

Aluminium cutting, assembly, hardware fitting, and finishing.

Reading fabrication drawings and maintaining quality standards.
Requirements: Relevant fabrication experience and practical knowledge of aluminium window and door systems.
Installation Supervisor / Installer
Responsibilities
-
Installation of ACP, PVC, and HPL sheets.

Wall and floor cladding installation.

Site measurements, execution, and finishing.

Supervising installation teams and maintaining safety standards.
Requirements: Experience in cladding, installation, and site execution.

Site Supervisor – Aluminium & Glazing
Location: Jaipur Factory
Job Purpose
Supervise on-site installation of aluminium doors, windows, glazing systems, and façade products, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities
-
Supervise installation of aluminium doors and windows, Domal systems, Slim Profile, and Minimal Profile systems.
-
Manage structural glazing, curtain walls, ACP cladding, HPL sheets, and glass installation.
-
Read and interpret architectural drawings, fabrication drawings, and site measurements.
-
Coordinate with architects, contractors, builders, fabricators, and project managers.
-
Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and daily site progress.
-
Ensure proper alignment, levelling, sealing, finishing, and installation quality.
-
Maintain site safety and prepare daily progress reports.
Eligibility & Experience
-
ITI, Diploma, or relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related trade preferred.
-
2–5 years of relevant experience in aluminium, glazing, or façade installation preferred.
-
Ability to read drawings and handle site measurements.
-
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Factory Helper / Machine Operator
Location: Jaipur Factory

Assist in loading, unloading, and handling aluminium profiles, glass, and fabrication materials.
-
Support cutting, drilling, machining, assembly, and hardware-fitting operations under supervision.
-
Operate assigned machinery only after proper training and authorisation.
-
Assist in measuring, marking, deburring, cleaning, and packing finished products.
-
Maintain workplace cleanliness, material organisation, and safe handling practices.
-
Follow instructions from the Production Supervisor and report defective materials or equipment issues.
Eligibility & Experience
-
Minimum qualification: 8th, 10th, or ITI, depending on the role.
-
Freshers may apply for helper positions.
-
Previous factory or aluminium fabrication experience is preferred for machine operators.

Basic measurement skills, discipline, punctuality, and willingness to learn are essential.

Ability to follow machine safety procedures is mandatory.
